Overview
As one of China’s premium suppliers of high‑performance non‑woven materials, Foshan Yuzhimu New Materials Co.,Ltd focuses on R&D, manufacturing and global trade of advanced composite non‑woven fabrics. Our flagship product Yuzhimu is a bicomponent coarse‑denier spun‑bond endless‑filament non‑woven fabric built with unique sheath‑core fiber structure: PET forms the inner core for mechanical stability, while PA6 or PP serves as the outer sheath as thermal‑bonding binder.
Manufactured at our large‑scale factory located in Gaoyou Huxi New Area, Jiangsu Provincial High‑Tech Zone, ATLBack is engineered to solve real‑world challenges for carpet, automotive, filtration, construction and industrial manufacturers worldwide. Our plant covers over 30,000 m² with more than 200 experienced employees, achieving full‑chain independent development: from non‑woven equipment design, raw‑material formulation to finished‑fabric production.
Our capacity guarantees stable lead‑time:
12‑15 dtex coarse‑denier bicomponent filament line, annual capacity 4,000 tons for skin‑core composite fiber
Two sets of 5‑meter wide hot‑air non‑woven production lines, total annual output up to 10,000 tons
Unique Sheath‑Core Filament Technology
Each continuous filament of ATLBack adopts sheath‑core construction. During production, polymer materials are extruded, stretched and wound into filament bobbins. Afterwards, filament bundles are unfolded, creeled and laid flat into uniform web. The sheath layer is heated to melting point, so filament cross‑points are thermally fused together without extra chemical adhesive. The PET core retains dimensional and thermal stability, whereas PA6 / PP sheath creates solid bonding among filaments.
This physical thermal‑bonding mechanism brings consistent fabric performance, avoids chemical residue risks and supports downstream high‑temperature processing up to **over 180 °C thermal stability**.
Key Performance Advantages of ATLBack
1. Excellent stitch‑holding performance
Outstanding tuft anchoring power for carpet production. It locks tuft stitches firmly, improves pile retention and extends carpet service life, ideal for carpet tiles, wall‑to‑wall broadloom and printed carpets.
2. Optimized latex penetration & high abrasion resistance
Open uniform filament web allows full and even latex penetration. After back‑coating, finished carpet gains superior abrasion resistance, reduces pile‑loosing risks for heavy‑traffic commercial flooring scenarios.
3. Controllable high elongation & strong tear resistance
Elongation at break: PA+PET version>20 %; PP+PET version>50 %. Great tear strength prevents cracking during tufting, hot‑press moulding and converting processes.
4. Enhanced stiffness for automotive components
Delivers well‑balanced rigidity for automotive floor mats and moulded car carpets. Maintains shape after thermoforming without excessive warping or deformation.
5. Clean‑cut processing performance
Finished material can be cut neatly with no burrs or fraying edges, saving waste and improving production efficiency for your converting workshop.
Wide Application Markets
ATLBack multi‑functional non‑woven fabric serves diverse industries globally:
Flooring & carpet: Carpet tiles, wall‑to‑wall carpet, printed carpet primary & secondary backing
